Facilitating in Brightspace™

This training will provide deeper knowledge for, instructors and facilitators to effectively facilitate learning, and maximize Brightspace tools to achieve greater learner outcomes.

Training participants will have the opportunity to: 

• Navigate Brightspace™ as a learner 
• Understand how key instructor tools can be used for specific purposes 
• Explore and discuss use cases and develop exemplars for future use

At the end of the training, participants will be able to: 

• Use Brightspace™ tools and features from the learner’s perspective 
• Create and manage course materials, assessment activities and course communications 
• View, compare, and track learner progress 
• Understand how learners are engaging with the tools in your course 
• Apply effective strategies for online and blended learning models in Brightspace™
